Stillwater Critical Minerals Corp. (TSXV:PGE, OTCQB:PGEZF, FSE:J0G) has announced key updates regarding its investment in Heritage Mining Ltd. and the Drayton-Black Lake Gold Project:

1. Stillwater now holds 15,350,000 common shares (13.3%) and 3,000,000 warrants of Heritage Mining Ltd., potentially increasing its ownership to 15.5% if warrants are exercised.
2. Heritage has met the requirements for a 51% earn-in on the Drayton-Black Lake project by:
   • Issuing shares and warrants to Stillwater
   • Making cash payments totaling $170,000
   • Completing $2.5M in exploration expenditures
3. Future milestones for Heritage to acquire 90% ownership include:
   • Issuing additional shares to Stillwater
   • Completing more exploration work
   • Stillwater retains a 10% free carried interest and NSR royalty
   • Stillwater is eligible for a discovery payment based on mineral resource estimates
4. Stillwater’s primary focus remains its Stillwater West Ni-PGE-Cu-Co + Au project in Montana, which has the largest nickel resource in an active US mining district.
5. The company also holds interests in other projects, including the Kluane PGE-Ni-Cu-Co project in Yukon and the Duke Island Cu-Ni-PGE property in Alaska.
